Data may be stored on infrastructure (e.g. Firebase/Google) in one or more regions offered by the provider.We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information.4. - Engage in abuse, cheating, or fraudulent activity
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the App3. SubscriptionsWe offer paid subscriptions (e.g. Pool Master Pro).Subscriptions are processed via:- Apple Inc. (App Store)
- Google (Google Play)
- RevenueCatSubscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel or manage your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings.We may change subscription prices; we will give you notice where required before the next renewal.Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their policies.4. Intellectual PropertyAll content, design, branding, and software in the App are owned by us (or our licensors).You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App, or use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.5. User ConductYou agree not to:- Cheat or manipulate statistics
- Harass other users
- Upload malicious content
- Attempt unauthorized access6. Limitation of LiabilityThe App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:- Data loss

Entire AgreementThese Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.11.
